The Crisp platform is open for business! We allow any developer to extend its capabilities by building new plugins to add more features to Crisp apps, or connect Crisp with external platforms. It can even be your own platform, which you'd want to connect with Crisp.

Plugins you build as a developer can be either private (meaning for your own use), or public. Public plugins are available to hundred of thousands of Crisp users, who can install them on-demand.

Integrations are all managed through the Crisp Marketplace. This is the place where you will create your plugins and request your authentication tokens, as well as your API scopes.
